the training begins now

Check the perfect form, marvel at his grace. Elliot is clearly at ease with a rugby ball under his arm. The ball (along with a similarly pint-sized soccer ball) were a gift from Mae to I - intended as a Father's day gift, but I accidentally stumbled upon them searching for something in the office. So far they have been a big hit with the boys (myself included).

thanks to granny ally

... for introducing the book "The Story of the Little Mole Who Knew It Was None Of His Business". We've had the book for a long while now, but I'm sure it inspired a conversation we had this evening:

Aiden: Daddy, do poops go on heads?
Andy: Nope.
Aiden: Poops go in the potty.
Andy: Yes.
Aiden: I do believe you’re right.

ahead of mother's day

A little quiet moment. Elliot is 1 year old now, and such a sweet little guy. I know where he gets it from.
